We are famous when it comes to settling for men that don't deserve us. I do it too. You have got to love yourself and understand that you are super special. You deserve a men to carry your bags, open the doors, walk on the outside, massage you back, and just hold you after yall have made love. Stop down- grading your potential to have a "good man."

Also, STOP MAKING EXCUSES about how "Its my fault he doesn't wanna be with me because I do this wrong, or I do that wrong." Don't let a man have the power to make you feel insecure. Yes ladies, we do have are flaws but that because your human. Unless your trying to cut his manhood off or trying to beat up his mother, your fine. Men are just weird like women.... Just do you.

YOU CANNOT MAKE A MAN LOVE YOU!!!! This hurts a lot of us ladies.... but its so true... No matter how good you fold his clothes or if you do something drastic like fly out to see him when he REALLY far away... It doesn't matter. Men are men and will ALWAYS do them... So you need to follow his lead and do the same. You just have to realize that he is just not into you.... Be friends with him first to really see where his head is at... ya know.... and when I say friends I mean NO HAVING CASUAL SEX, NO MAKING OUT WHEN ITS CONVIENT, NO GOING TO HIS HOUSE LATE, NO STALKING HIS MYSPACE OR FACEBOOK type of FRIENDS ladies...

This month has a been a really tough month for me.
Two important people in my life have been taking to a better place.
I have to understand that now that I'm grown I have to make even better moves that I've made before.

Def Jam Executive Vice President Shakir Stewart, 34, died Saturday from a self-inflicted gunshot wound near Atlanta.

Stewart was found around 4 p.m. Saturday in the bathroom of his home in the Atlanta suburb of Marietta, Cobb County police spokeswoman Cassie Reece said Sunday. He was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.

He was promoted to Executive VP in June following the resignation of Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter. He also retained his duties as senior VP of A&R at Island Def Jam.

I recently just watch the Josephine Baker movie starring Lynn Whitfield. It was PHENOMENAL. It was sooo wonderful. Her story is really important.. She is a strong women, when even her own mother said NO Your not gonna be successful, still went on and did what she wanted to do and not let any thing stop her because she had and saw a vision. Her only downfall is after get as close to the top as she could get she let her I WANT IT SO IMA GET IT attitude get to her in the wrong way. She lost her husband, her adopted children, her castle in Paris, everything...

Definitely check this movie out... Its called "The Josephine Baker Story"
